Lena has been amazing to work with during our Hamptons renovation!! She has shown absolute dedication, professionalism and a true passion for achieving perfection. Our Hamptons kitchen is even more beautiful than I ever imagined possible - everything has been thought of to make it both extremely practical as well as a wonderful space to be in. My husband tells me he loves our house on a weekly basis. I think the same thing on a daily basis. And we have Gatti Design to thank for it! We called on Lena to help us achieve a calm, beautiful, characterful space for our Kitchen / Living / Dining. Although our Queenslander was already lovely, the upstairs space was dark, uninspired and just not functional. The house was screaming out for more light, and I really needed help with how to inject some colour! The project included a new kitchen, new furniture to living and dining, painting throughout, new bi-fold doors and servery window, installation of automated skylights, and floor sanding. Lena took a comprehensive brief of our ideas and the look we wanted, carefully pin pointing exactly the style we loved. Once that was established, it was such a relief to be clear on where we were headed. Lena sourced some beautiful pieces for us, but she also showed us how to confidently shop for the space ourselves armed with the many images of products/colours/materials/fabrics provided in her Concept Presentations. The result has been stunning! I don’t think I’ve had a visitor come into the house without commenting how beautiful it is. The space is sophisticated, cohesive, full of our personality and flooded with light. The new furniture fits the space perfectly, making the room look bigger. Walking into the kitchen in the morning is a delight – our favourite spot is sitting at our new servery window overlooking the pool. My only complaint is that we can’t find holiday accommodation better than our own home. Thank you Gatti Design for helping us realise our dreams.

Lena has enabled us to bring home improvement ideas into reality. We had lived in our home for two years and had a range of ideas about what we would like to do to improve it but didn't know where to start. Lena was quick to understand our ideas, budget and expectations and took the worry out of making changes to our home. Lena was wonderful to work with - approachable, friendly, relaxed yet professional. She heard what we wanted and could see in our mind's eye, and found images and provided ideas to represent and pull together what was in our minds so that we could have something tangible to refer to now, through our renovation project and beyond. From here, she guided us through the maze of options and selections and narrowed it down for us. She was mindful of budget, never making us feel like we should have a larger budget than what we had, but tried to be as commercial as possible while not taking away from the look and feel of what we hoped for. She also brought an added advantage that was critical to our project - an understanding of the building requirements, mindful of the needs of ageing parents, and how to bring together the essence and look of what we wanted with the practicalities of creating a home for ageing parents and a young family concurrently. We are looking forward to seeing what the finished product will look like. We know we have a trusted designer to go to - someone who understands the quality, the look, and the feel we are after - as we continue to work on different parts of our home now and into the future.
